Hey!! TGIF!!! I started the day off by falling forward on my face, on the hardwood floor. I hit the bad knee, and felt the impact on my chest, when I was fatter, my boobies would have stopped me from feeling the chest impact. Now I know what it means to have "the wind knocked out of you" I am up and running AMEN!!!
B- Kashi and yogurt. L- Chili and Cheese D- Not sure S- Cheese stick...and a plum.
I hope this day has wings for all of us.
Hugs!

Good Morning Linda......

I am sorry to hear that you took a fall. I am glad that you are okay....at least you think you are. You will probably end up with a few bruises.
Gentle hugs to you!

Today is Friday and I am a happy gal...the work week was awful!! Most days I worked 9 hour shifts......it has taken the wind out of my sails!!
I am off wor****il Monday and I will enjoy every moment of it.

I could tell that my thyroid was off....I was feeling so tired. Got it checked on Tuesday and sure enough my med dose is still too high. They have lowered it now three times since surgery. The doctor said it is because the weight loss has helped my thyroid work better and also the fact that I am 122 pounds now and don't need the higher doses. My doc said I may even be off it completely before long....that would be awesome. I always thought once you had thyroid problems you always had them.....guess not.

B-yogurt w/ kashi and a sausage pattie
S-cheese and apple
L-pork tenderloin and fresh green beans w/onion and turkey bacon
S-plum and almonds
D-same as lunch
S- protein bar (south beach maple nut...yumo!!)

Have a wonderful day my special friend. Prayers to you and yours.

Love and hugs...Boo....to you!

Boo! What wonderful news for you, I am so happy for you. I know it feels great to be so healthy. I am sore as anything and having my own pity party, but thought I would turn to my friends in here for some words of comfort. You, like always come through like sunshine.
I love you!

S - protein shake
L - skirt steak with onions and cheese
S - ricotta with jello
D - chicken and veggies OR fresh fish (George and a friend went to check out their duck hunting lease and did a little late evening fishing yesterday.  Between them, they caught 5 big redfish.)

Dear Linda<
Hope nothing is hurt other than your pride. We sure are coordinated, huh? I can lose my balance standing on a firm smooth surface and nearly fall down....so far it hasn't happened, but who knows?

Take care and here's hoping the jolt won't make you hurt tomorrow.

Huggers,
Pat R.

Oh, Linda, ouch!  I tripped over one of my dogs recently.  Felt OK at first, but a few hours later I was hurting.

One time I was running through the house in sandals to answer a knock on the door by the UPS guy, tripped over my own feet, and slammed face down into the coffee table.

My mother's nickname for me is "Grace"!

S:  1/2 c. Lf cottage cheese w/ raspberries
