Hello guys, I got to read the messages this morning. Connie,I am sorry for the loss of your friend. Paulette,keep kicking it,I will pray for Earl. All and all as a group, we are doing well. Olivia is pretty damn ill, and I stayed up late with her, pretty late. I am in a good place, because of God, and you all, you have no idea how much I enjoy reading and seeing you  guys talk amongst yourselves. I miss Lynn..does anyone know anything?
B- Yogurt and Kashi L- Grilled chicken salad D- Philly steak with lotsa cheese and onion, hold the bread..LOL.

Good morning, Linda.

I had a pretty good visit with Mom yesterday.  But whereas the last few times I've seen her, she thought she had lived at her assisted living facility for 1 week, yesterday she was saying that 3 years ago, she used to run their ice-cream socials.  Huh?  I didn't argue with her about it.

B: 1 packet weight control oatmeal w/ 2/3 c. skim milk, 1/2 banana, & 1 tsp PB2
S:  1/2 c. white chocolate raspberry cottage cheese pudding
L:  2 oz salmon veggy patty, 1/4 c. spinach
S:  1/2 c. LF cottage cheese w/ raspberries
D:  2 oz steak, 1/4 c. Baba Ganoush (eggplant dip)
S:  4 oz SF pudding

I can't wait for next week's appt. with my bariatric surgeon.  I've lost 6 lbs since I saw him last month so my band is loosening (as the fat around my stomach shrinks) and I'm starving all the time.  I need a fill, pronto!

Good morning to you Linda. I am glad that you are doing well today. With God we are able to do what is in front of us to do. Sorry to hear about Olivia though. I am keeping all of you in my special prayers as you already know. I am sending you big hugs just because I want to. Do you feel them? Hope so.

I am going shopping today for the never ending groceries. I am going to the IN boards camp out this week end and I am making 2 sf deserts and I need to get the stuff for them. I have to make one of them tomorrow morning or else it isn't going to turn out at all. I have to make a list of the stuff that I need to get and what I have to take.

B: special k w/ milk
L: split pea soup (it turned out pretty good but still a bit thin)
D: not sure
S: not sure of that either lol

I hope that today is good for you. I am sending love and hugs and lots of special prayers. Have a wonderful day and know that you are loved by many but most of all by God!

Linda....good mornning sweetie!

I will continue to keep Olivia in my prayers. Poor baby!

I am kind of down today.....thanks for message about my friend.
I went out and had a glass of wine last night with my best friend Pam. It was nice to just sit and talk.

Hope you are taking good care of yourself. Sleep is important but I know that you know that. Hope your day is a easy and quick one so you can get some rest tonight.

My cleaning fairy will be here soon so I best get in the shower and start my day.

Hi Guys,
Ill bring up the rear!!!!!
Today I had 4 bucks with sugar free vanilla and splenda Iced cause it is hot here!!!!!
3 pieces of cheese
1/2 cup mandarin oranges
1/4 cup coleslaw
2 ribs and some greenbeans
and 2 pieces of ham.
