Finally found this Forum
Thanks Kathi and Maggie. I will be nice to be in this group - for one thing it's not such a large group as the others. Good to have someone to talk to about our "highs and lows" and everything in between. We all need the support and encouragement. McKenna

Welcome to OFF. I too started off on another forum, which I still visit as well, but feel at home here with people my own age, with the same issues that I have. This is a great group and I'm so glad that I found them several weeks ago. I'm going to need them even more over the next couple of weeks and I have surgery and join them on the Loser's Bench. I'll see you there too, since you had your surgery already.

You will find that everyone here is friendly, kind and most helpful with advice or concerns. You ask for help and watch how fast and how many of these wonderful people are willing to help you. I had my surgery in September 07 I started at 294lbs. I am now 145lbs. Had a few bumps in the road but doing much better now. Again Welcome to the best boards around. God Bless you.
