Went to the wake for my friend last night. That was so sad!!
The funeral is this morning.

L - other half of roast beef wrap from yesterday
S - chicken salad and 2 wheat crackers

S - cottage cheese and pineapple (it was so good last night it warrants a repeat!)

Good morning Linda and I hope that your day is not just good but fantastic like you are!
I go to the urologist this afternoon for a check up on the kidney disease crap. So far so good that I know of. The last blood work came back normal, but I hope that he doesn't want more blood work. I am so tired of being poked!
Yesterday was not good with food. I just wasn't hungry and so I ended up having a bowl of Special K for breakfast....nothing for lunch and another bowl of Special K for dinner. I know nuts!

D: split pea soup (I made it in the crock pot but it is to thin!)

This morning I'm doing planning/prep for some greeting-card-making workshops I'm going to give at a local art gallery later this month (one for kids, one for adults). This afternoon I will go visit Mom - another trip to the Twilight Zone, probably.
