question, please?
Just my humble opinion but I would sure wait. I went from a 48-50DD to a 38D. And if that were firmed up, lifted, tightened now I would probably be about a 36C at most. I'm just about positive you would lose some of the hard earned benefits of the reduction. I vote a big "Wait" until after like Darlene suggests.

Jean,
As the others said - WAIT!!! You may need a lift after a couple of years but probably not a reduction.
During all my years of yo-yo dieting I never lost in the breast area. Since WLS surgery I have gone from a 46 D to ohmygoodnesswherearethey? Back pain is gone as well as the shoulder ruts from bras.

Jean,
I had a breast reduction 7 mos before WLS and really should have waited. The good news is that the breast reduction helped the back pain INSTANTLY. The bad news is that after losing most of my excess weight, I now have excess skin draping over the breast reduction incision lines on the sides of my torso. My bra cup size is the same, which is good, but that skin drape is bad news. My plastic surgeon warned me that that might happen if I lost weight, and he was right.

It's a personal decision. Plastic surgery now may help your back. BUT, once you lose the weight, many women have breast "issues" and want plastic surgery. Most women lose a lot of fatty breast tissue, and many post ops will refer to themselves as a "36C LONG" as an example. If you have surgery now, you may need more surgery post op, but that's a personal issue for every patient. Some opt for plastic surgery after wt loss, others do not. You'll probably have to pay for most plastic surgeries, as the insurance companies tend to look at these as "cosmetic" and may not cover any of the surgery costs. Dave
