X - post Protein water

there is a so called pill, but not the right kind of protein. Everyone is looking for the "magic" pill for everything.

Protein and vitamins are a big issue that is debateable by many. All doctors and such have their own ideas.

We had a business until last year that was nutrition and supplements for WLS people. I'll continue to do my 120 "supplemented" for long long time....

This sounds like a great idea. I have never seen them at WalMart. Where are they located in the store? I would like to try them. Thanks for the FYI

They are over in the Health and Beauty Aid section.  Near the protein bars, and tubs of protein powder.

BTW - it's neat to see all the different Jacksonvilles all over the country.

Ok, let me see if I did this right. Didn't have it at Walmart so I went to GNC at the mall. This is what I got, it is called New-Whey liquid protein, 42g protein 176 calories. I got the orange. Can't wait to try it in my water tomorrow. It also comes in grape. They have another one called ProSlam with 27g protein and110 calories. I hope I got the right thing. Thanks

Not sure if it will be the right one for you, but it is the one I use and really like.  I went to GNC here in MY Jacksonville yesterday and all they had were fruit punch and blue raspberry - yuck!  That's why I generally get mine online.  I can always find what I want, but you have to buy 12 at a time.  That's why I was looking at my GNC - I was looking for a grape, or something else I might like.  But, my DH keeps telling me, if I like orange, why keep looking. 

I divide mine between 2 bottles, getting 21 g per.  But you could dilute it even more, if you only want/need a little extra protein.  I hope you enjoy it.

I mixed mine this morning and ended up mixing in some crystal light. I like it better that way. I think this will work out well for me because I don't always  get in enough protein. This way I get my water and my protein.Thanks for the FYI about the protein bullets.

Glad it's gonna work for ya'.  My DH says he'll be mixing his with his crystal lite, too.  He LOVES that stuff.
