Another WOW moment.

I needed a new bathing suit as the one I have is a hand-me-down and the legs were getting stretched out so I decided to stop at Catherine's on my way home from work on Friday. Lucky me, they were having a sale on them, 50% off. They had a very limited selection but there was a nice one with thin neon colored strips across the bust, but it was a size 16. I grabbed it and a few 18's and headed to the dressing room. I tried on the others, (all kinda matronly) but that 16 kept calling to me. so I tried it on and lo and behold, it fit! A little snug, but I figured it would give a little once I get in the water. Yay! Went to the cashier to pay for it, it was a $49 suit and it rang up to $25, that made it even better. Then she asked me if I had a Perks Card, which I dug out of my wallet, and she says," Oh, I'm sorry, this has expired, would you want to get a new one?" And in my head, I was thinking, and hoping that this might be the last time that I shop in this store. So I very politely said "No thank you" and left with a smile on my face.

That's so cute Reggie! I went to Lane Bryant yesterday and bought my last 14/16 clothes. That's it for me too... regular sizes, Here we COME!!!

A GREAT "WOW" to have, Reggie!

I shopped for new pants last Friday and was able to buy regular Ladies' size 18 petites. Believe me, it was an excitement I haven't ever had. I never did fine the Women's Plus Size department to look for blouses because I had such success with pants! Didn't want to jinx the day.

Enjoy that swimsuit and relish the SIZE 16! WOOHOO for YOU! On sale even!

Reggie, that is fantastic. I just keep thinking that next year you will shop for another one and just think it is going to be smaller yet! That could be considered a double WOW since this is one too. I would take it for all I could get out of it
