Yeas Vicki, the weight loss was important but cleaning off my counter top of meds was even more so.  My goal is to lose 15 more pounds, the Dr says 30.  If I don't get their it's still alright with me because I'm HEALTHY!

You have come a long way Baby !! Congratulations. As much as we love the smaller bodies it is really the health benefits that count the most, we want to enjoy all this improvement for a very long time.

Thank YOU for reminding us the reason for this insane journey. It is not the number on the scale, it is better health.

I believe you have reached THAT goal!!!

95 pounds in 18 months ... good for you! It took me three years to reach my goal. You'll get there. You've made several significant goals that are more important. You've come a long way, and there are more good things to come.

Congrats! Celebrate your new life!

Hi and Congratulations! My surgery was shortly before yours and our losses have been very similar. But I've been feeling bad that I haven't reached goal--and you've reminded me how unbelievably healthy I am and how grateful I should feel for that. Thank You!!!! Jen
