Sometimes I find myself back in the old anxiety of "will my insurance pay for this" and then I think, "Duh! You already had the surgery!"

I agree with you on that one! That one really ticks me off . When they say, "If you would only diet and exercise, the pounds would come off, and you wouldn't need this surgery, and then you save the insurance company ...." Boy, have I heard that song and dance.

Wow, that took alot of thought! Thanks for allowing me the time to stop and take stock. Life is good, I am healing well with no major compalints, got the drain out (creepy!!!) and I feel so good today.

"Full". Wow, that's a loaded word! Since WLS, I have really had to pay attention to what "full" means to me. Seems like before, I was constantly empty. Now I am sometimes, and other times not. It changes over time. WLS has definitely made me clue in to my body's cues.

1. Happy (the scale is moving again)
2. Accomplished (job is good and I earned it with hard work)
3. Content (with choices I have made)
4. Lucky (I was presented with people that were successful with WLS)
5. Overwhelmed (with clearing out clutter)
6. Excited (about school starting again soon)
7. Pretty (my face is back- though I do feel sorry about my neck-haha)
8. Undecided (getting ready to redo floors and cabinets have to be replaced or redone)
9. Unsure (Will I succeed forever at weight loss?)
10. Thankful (for everything in my life, good and bad, that have led me to this place!)
