OK HERE IS INFO ON MY 1ST DAY

OK i am sorry i am posting this seperate from whats new today but it will be easier for me on this blasted pc of ricks...lol

ok went into work and all we did was orientation and fill out papers and then took a tour of the building and different areas there. we had to watch a couple training videos on safety and all that good stuff....found out i can't wear any jewelry of any kind while working with the food...omg i have to go to work nekked!!!!!!!! LOL i got a hat i have to wear and i will get my apron on sunday when i go back again for training. i also have a name tag...i get a free membership to the wholesale club which is a $45.00 savings plus i can put 5 other people on it for free!!! after 90 days i will have health insurance, plus i get sick days and vacation days also!! i get my birthday off with pay woohooo and if i work any holidays its time and a half...so thats cool!!!! i think i am going to like this place alot!! i can wear most any type clothes i want to...just not anything revealing!!! so again thats cool!!!! the people i met today are super nice and gave us all a warm welcome to the club!!!

have my work schedule for next week and i will have only 23 hours because she gave me monday and tuesday off incase i have to go back to michigan for the divorce hearing....again gary is costing me money!!!! grrrrr still haven't heard from my lawyer on that if i have to come back there or not...have to call her tomorrow and see what she knows...i am praying i don't have to go back there!!! i haven't seen gary since january and haven't talked to him since i lost my case on the killer dog. i have no interest in seeing him at all!!!! i am happy right where i am...just need to get out of here before we all go crazy...we want our "own" place soon!!!!! we were hoping that we would have enough money at the end of next month to get our place but ricks mom had to borrow money to pay a bill so rick won't be seeing that money back ever again....sighs...never ends for me does it...oh well in time we will be out of here and on our own!!!!

so far so good eileen...the co-workers i met today all seemed very nice and that means alot!!! so time will tell if its right for me or not...but then right about now i will take almost anything!! money is getting scarce and that scares me to death!!! one good thing i don't have to go buy special work clothes so thats a plus!! i do need some new shoes tho so maybe i will get a pair with first pay check...lol it will be a 4 1/2 hour check so might be just enough for shoes...lol

hi connie!!! i hope i like working there after i get started training sunday...it doesn't look to bad so far from the "tour" end of it...lol

its not really crowded here because they stay upstairs and we are in the finished basement so its like we have a small apartment...only thing is we have to go upstairs for the shower...and we don't have a stove down here...otherwise we have it all...just want our own place and have some privacy ya know...his step dad has to get up really early for work now so its be quiet at 8 pm if not earlier....that sucks...lol but we manage.

oh yeah good benefits!!!!! after 90 days i get a 25 cent per hour raise then after that every 6 months for 2 years then once a year...so oh yeah great benefits!!!!
