I can't help you with what kind of diet it is but...from the sounds of it I think it might have something to do with the ketoacidosis you go into when you don't eat many carbs. I would liken it to a Adkin's diet gone to the extreme. lol That is something that I thought it might be but then again I could be wayyyyyy off. Let us know what it is when you find out alright?

I glad that you like your new doctor. It always helps when you feel like that with your doctors.

I will, but I'm sure if I can lose that much weight so fast it won't be good....was hoping for an ice cream diet........lol

Hi Jean,
I didn't find many specifics, but from what I read, this is a well monitored LIQUID Diet and behavior modification plan. Think of it as your practice before WLS.
