S-cottage cheese w/applesauce
L-deli-sliced turkey and gruyere cheese
S-watermelon (if I get to the store)
D-salmon w/broccoli (I think; we'll see)

Good Morning Linda.....yay....I am finally back home!!!

My car problem was just a vapor lock from the high temps, higher humidity and driving too far without a break. My ex SIL came over and checked everything out and said to just let it cool down and it would be fine. Another machanic friend of my daughter's said he agreed...he was sure it was a vapor lock too. I am praying it doesn't happen again. I don't need a repair bill right now!!

I am so glad to be back to post again today. I have felt so out of things for so long. Glad to be back!!

I hope your day gets better and brighter. You are very special to me and everyone else here. The heck with those people at work. They are missing out on the wonderful person you are!

L-chicken and small salad w/ veggies and cheese
S-fruit??
D-mexican chicken (leftover from my daughter's) and green beans
S- SF pudding (Caramel)

Getting up at 12:30 sure makes for a long day.

This morning I'm making watermelon pickles and this afternoon I'm going to visit Mom.  She's been nagging me about nail polish (see my OH blog), so maybe I'll do her nails while I'm there.

B:  1 packet weight control oatmeal w/ 2/3 c. skim milk, 1/2 banana, and 1 tsp PB2
S:  1/2 c. banana cream cottage cheese pudding
L:  1 crabcake, 1/4 c. tomato salad
S:  1/2 c. LF cottage cheese w/ strawberries
D:  2 oz salmon w/ strawberry vinaigrette, 1/4 c. grapefruit & avocado salad
S:  4 oz SF pudding

Good Afternoon Lovely Linda, my angel!  My menu for the day is:
Cuppa ambition
B- 3 oz Cottage cheese.
S- Protein drink.
L- Turkey roll up and some cherries tomatos.
S- Protein drink.
D- Shrimp & ****tail sauce & salad.
S- Cherries yum.

I'm going swimming after work today so maybe I can keep this weight loss train going. I'm almost halfway to goal, and I don't want to screw this up now.
