OMG Judy!!! That is fantastic news! When I got down to the last part of your post I almost jumped out of my skin. I guess I get to involved in what I am reading. lol Just make sure you post all the details since you know we love details!
I put my application in 2 places today. One is a health store and the other is the Portage schools. I put my application in the health store before and never got anywhere but the schools I put down for a bus aid. They travel a lot with the special ed kids and the young kids to and from school. I would love to get the bus aid but the health store would be good too. I would be doing sales to other stores since this place makes the stuff. It is Indiana Botanical something or other. lol Keep your fingers and toes crossed for me!

yesterday; we had an appt with a new pcp for michael and i somehow had it in my head that it was at 145--nope...it was 115 so we were fashionably late!!! after all of the paperwork and etc, we came out with a fistful of prescriptions-doc is altering some of the doses and changed sleeping pills--put him on ambien--and dang if he still didn;t sleep last nite! not good....
before i went to work i applied online for a job at a local bank-and dang it ---went thru the whole sign up thing and posting my resume and etc and get to the end and it says that the job is no longer available....grrrrr...why do they let it even start the application if it's not available????
sat and watched Mame last nite on TCM...i love rosiland russell!!!
well; today is work..i'll probly stay at least one hour to make up for monday's road trip....

I get up every morning determined to both change the world and have one hell of a good time. Sometimes this makes planning my day difficult.

Morning Annette. I've been up since about 4:30. This is after spending about 15 hours in bed. I had quite an experience yesterday. I started the day up and running. Had to stop at the hospital. N was in some sever pain. I talked her down some and then went to work. As I walked down the hall by my "old" office, I saw they were packing up the computers to take over to the training center. I knew this might happen. The CEO of our school district has decided to put a school on the first floor of our building. They had planned to take only a part of our office and late Monday decided to take the entire room. Anyway- I looked and saw that someone had taken some things from my desk. I was furious. I also learned that we had to clear out of the room by noon. Myself, my director, and some movers had to designate, empty and pack up 12 years of stuff in 2 hours.
The dust killed me. I had to use my inhaler twice. I finally decided I needed to leave. I came home, crawled in bed, took some cough medicine and a benedryl, and slept. I was certain I would wake with a bronchial issue today. Luckily, I am feeling much better. I am not hurting like I was and my throat isn't scratchy anymore. I am just a little nasal congested.
I plan to hang around the house most of the day. I might go to get a few groceries I need, but nothing else.
I hope everyone has a wonderful Wednesday!

Gosh Aime, what a mess for you....hope you're feeling better today. And Annette, those little furbrats are a handful, but what would you do w/o them???? Well, maybe just a few less? At least mine is declawed in front, but those hind claws can raise havoc too!
I got to the end of Aimee's post where she says
"have a good Wednesday" and thought, golly she's a whole day ahead...thinking it's only Tuesday! Guess I need to go back to bed and wake up again.....
Off to the pool for water walking.....ashamed to say I haven't exercised in four days --- bad Pat, bad Pat.....well, the scale showed it this morning as well -- so there! Time to get serious again.

Good morning, Annette and all. I hope that today is good one for you.
Nothing much is happening here today. I still have a bit of a headache from yesterday and so I am not sure just what I am going to do. Oh well, I guess it is good to be flexible!
I have been up for almost an hour now. Bill is sound to sleep and when I got up I actually woke Misty up. Now she is on the back of the sofa and watching outside. She is clear across the room but she is comfy I guess. She was really vocal yesterday afternoon. I was in the kitchen fixing dinner and all she did was walk around my legs and talk. I finally gave her some more food and then she finally shut up. I guess when her dish isn't full she doesn't like it at all. I guess the full dish is her security~I guess she is a compulsive eater just like me. Do they have OA for kitties? I think that she needs it. It helped me so maybe she should look into that. lol She is compulsive about a lot of things so..........
I never even stuck my head out the door yesterday with the heat being like it is. I was going to go to the library yesterday but today is always another day as far as that is concerned. I guess the heat is back again today and for the next several of them for that matter. I have to go to the library today. I have to get the review for the book in by tomorrow.
I am going to get going for now. I am hoping that everyone enjoys their hump day today. I am sending love and hugs to everone. I am sending up prayers for everyone with the special ones going up for those in need.

GOOD LONG TIME FRIENDS....WHAT WOULD YOU DO WITHOUT'EM?
Let's see..... my hair is thinning..... I look like I'm depressed.....my yard needs mowing......if I would just rinse those dishes before I put them in the dishwasher.....I look tired.....
Lordy...that was a LONG visit.
On the positive side.... I washed my hair this morning and put some 'shimmer' in it, took two Prozac, checked to see if I'd paid the yard man, and turned on the dishwasher.... and slept about 30 min later...haven't even been to $4, drank a protein drink (25).
I've got the long-awaited consult at the PS Monday afternoon. Too late for the facelift this year. Can't get there until May of next year now and may decide by then I just like the one I've got. Consult is for an LBL. Hoping they don't think I'm too old...will be my gift to me for turning 64 in September. WLS was my 60th birthday. Cruise my 61st..... Key West my 62nd.... and The Great Texas Slumber Party my 63rd.... so it's been an interesting four years.
That's it for me. Another over 100 scorcher day. I was one of three top producers at work yesterday for the week. Got a $70 gas card, a $7 meal ticket, and can wear jeans today. Woo hoo.
Youngest son and family left yesterday for vacation to visit his dad...... Oldest son leaves Sunday for a week.... brother is gone for seven weeks to South Texas to work.... YIPPPPEEEEEE.... the old lady is ALONE to party!!!! I might have to get off the prozac for a week....:)
