Congratulations!!!!!!!!!! I am keeping you in my prayers for a good surgery and a speedy and pain free recovery. We will for sure start moving over and dusting off the losers bench and the spot for you will be ready when you get there. We are even going to put your name on it so no one else will plop down on your seat. Please make sure that you post as soon as you can so we will know how you are. Know that we are here waiting for you and we can all go on the road trip together. It is a wild trip so make sure that you put on your seat belt. But then again it may be a wild ride but it is one that we would repeat in a heatbeat!!!! Now is your time to begin your loser life.

Dear Anita....I will keep you in my thoughts and prayers for your surgery and your recovery. You have so much to look forward to....rejoining the active life you love and knowing it is not like all the other diets and gimmicks we have all tried. This is permanent. Just keep the faith...and work the program....and hang here with us.....there is nothing like this group for support.
You have a delightful sense of humor and you are going to be so happy......maybe a few weeks from now....but you will be REAL happy.

sitting here thinking of you...surgery should be just about done if its not yet...hope everything is going well and know that we have your spot waiting for you on the losers bench!!! can't wait to hear all about your journey....keep sipping and walking get the gas out and you will feel like a million bucks in no time!!!
