Get together questions, Margo?

Hi Margo,
Ok, I was trying to look up the costs for the get together, place State?, Airport to come into?, Hotel? and can't find all that info. Just wanted to see if there is ANY way I could go....probably not, but I want to at least check it out. Could you give me that info again? Oh, and the dates? I think it's Frankenmuth, Ohio?

hi cheryl...i am thinking flint bishop airport is closer than mbs is and frankenmuth is in michigan...not sure of the dates she is planning tho...the hotel she was talking about is the drurey (sp) inn??

hope this can get you started in seeing if you can come...frankenmuth is awesome!!!!!!!! i am keeping fingers crossed that i can come!!!

Dates are Oct. 9-12. Other places you could fly into and hitch a ride from someone are Detroit (you could ride with Diane U.) or Grand Rapids (you could ride with me!) Detroit would be the cheapest option probably for you because it's the largest airport in the state.

hi--lemme go back and find the post and i will repost --meantime-frankenmuth is in michigan--there are two airports there close by - but detroit is the larger so maybe cheaper--also--you could possibly fly into chicago early early fri am or on thurs pm and drive in with carla and paulette and brenda r and dorothy nitti...have a mini gtg before the gtg!!!

date sare fri oct 10 thru sun or monday-monday is Columbus day so some have it off- i will stay til monday ...

also- there is room for two ppl in the room that pat r and i are sharing so we would love to have you as one--if you don't speak up quickly enough and we fill those spaces; we'll find a spot!!!!

i so hope that you can finagle the budget- we are all doing this on a wind and a prayer it seems but it will be fun!!!!!

Could/would you post a list of who is planning to be there? And possibly a list of roommates ? We have our room booked for Friday night the 10th, will be arriving afternoon and can stay till Saturday afternoon. We can hardly wait see you all !

I wouldn't be able to get Friday off I don't think...I am at least wanting to get prices and just see what it would cost. I did look some ticket prices up and they're pretty high for me...Got to think a bit more on it...Thanks for the info!

Hi Cheryl, Carla says, fly into Chicago Ohare on the 9th Oct and she will pick you up and you can ride to Frankenmuth with Carla, Dorothy Niti, and me. Carla is renting a big suv for the drive!!! Paulette
