Hi there,

Not much new. I really don't get "hungry" but I just "want" to eat. That's why weekends are hardest. I take what I can eat to work and am so busy....I did ok this weekend....could always do better....old habits die hard and at least I only eat healthy stuff (like extra cherries)
I am adding a plum to my menu today. Tried one on the weekend and must of ate it too fast and not chewed it too well.
Have a good one!
Cheryl

Yes Linda, let's get this week rolling so it will be finished!  As I said in the What's New, it will be very busy here.  Can't wait till Friday!

B - 5:45 protein shake
S - around 9:00 cheese stick or yogurt
L - spaghetti sauce with cheese and mixed veggies (in the freezer here at work since Fri. when we order out for lunch)
S - peanut butter and banana
D - either Chinese seasoned pork or roast cooked in the slow cooker (from my marathon cooking yesterday also posted on What's New)
S - protein shake

Back to work before 8:00 so I don't get caught playing on the internet!

*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*  I'm finally home from my vacation(?).  Eating properly and on time was quite a challenge.  I did drop my usual 2# but boy I was lucky.  I didn't get sick but my pouch let me know who rules the menu......  Today I'm eating a very tight food menu.  I NEED to get back on track with good foods and regular eating times.  I've already pulled out my food diary and have filled in the menu.   B: cottage cheese w/pear  L: chili  D: beef w/veggies  S: protein drink w/peach    Glad I'm home...  Millie

Good morning to you Linda. I hope that Tuesday #1 is good to you and Tuesday the sequel is even better tomorrow.

Today is just today. I guess that is the best that I can say. I didn't sleep well and I know that it is going to catch up with me sometime soon. I hope not.

I am going to continue the deep cleaning that we started on Saturday and never finished. I am not going to be able to fini**** but at least put a dent of some sort in it.

B: sf maple and brown sugar oatmeal
L: scrambled egg with cheese
D: steak and veggies
S: not sure

I am not sure where my brain is this morning. I just clicked submit and I wasn't even done yet. DUH! If anyone finds my brain please mail it to me. I seem to have lost it somewhere.

I hope that you have a good day today. I am sending you big hugs and lots of love. And most importantly I am sending special prayers up for you and yours. Take care remember that you are loved by many.
