Monday Monday....what is your's like?
I am going to be going to bed soon but I thought that I would start the thread first. Technically it is only 10 minutes to midnight here but sometimes I am early. Bill always says that I am late~see he doesn't know everything about me!
I am so tired and Bill is snoring in the recliner. What a pleasant sound! I am going to bed now and so just talk amongst yourselves and I will pop in later on in the morning.

It's not what you gather, but what you scatter
that tells what kind of life you have lived.
well; you already know that i am leaving in a few hours to drive to pat's..michael is going with me to get to meet a few of the sisters and to be group photographer!yesterday, i even washed the car for the occasion! we'll fill up the tank on the way out and be on the road again!!!!! camera is packed as well as two large black garbace bags of clothing that maybe pat or paulette can wear..if not they go to goodwill! carla is smaller than me so i know i can't pass clothes to her!
we slept in yesterday and basically did nothing else all day -other than the afore mentioned carwashing-which was interesting....i had help! nuff said ...
well- we did do some weeding and watering in the garden- i think he is overwatering he thinks the plants are too dry- zucchini and cukes and tomatoes are all wilting....
i did spend a few hours in genealogy land....that is always a pleasant place for me!
excitement mounts for this road trip.....gotta get some coffee and breakfast in me first!

I am so excited....today Margo, Carla, and Paulette are coming to my house for a visit....I can hardly wait to meet them in person. I'm going into work from 8 -10.
Yesterday was our country/western service and picnic
at church. I wore my pink cowgirl hat and it was a big
success. Had a nice time but the food line was extremely long and SLOW and I was at the very end. It was warm standing outside all that time, but I made it. Didn't eat
much as most of the food was gone.....had a couple bites of overdone chicken breast == yuk! and some baked beans and I even had about 1/4 cup of homemade ice cream.. The good news is I got on the scale this morning and I am down another lb.!
Well need to do a couple things before getting ready for work. Will hopefully have pics to post about our little

Yes Margo, the "bug" has bitten me. Carla, Paulette and I was talking some about Frankenmuth but I am still not sure. I would love to go but the budget just isn't going to allow it I am a thinkin'.
Have a wonderful time in OFFland. I did last night. There is such a bond between everyone here. It truly is a "sisterhood" and unlike the old movie and the 2nd part that is coming out soon~it isn't "traveling pants" either. lol

I snipped a cookie sheet full of catnip to dry in the oven. The pan was hot so I left it on the stove to cool. A while later I heard a commotion in the kitchen. There was catnip all over the counter and Becky (not Annie for a change) was curled up in the center of the cookie sheet. What a mess in my just cleaned kitchen.
Nothing interesting going on - that's good. I need a week of calmness.
