Hi Linda,
I wish I would of picked out some "before" clothes and kept them. I forgot. I think I might have something around here but not the jeans I used to wear. DARN!
I am keeping to my usual menu, but on the weekends I don't do the protein shakes, I do other protein. Today we go up to camp to see the old Betherina and they have a brunch, lots of fruit and protein to pick from....
Keeping you and yours in my thoughts and prayers...

Hiya Cheryl, maybe at Goodwill you can pick up a bottom and top in your old size!
It sounds like you have a great day ahead!
I wanted to ask you about your breakfast yesterday, the flaxseed toast, what sort of protein are you eating with. Cottage cheese gives us a lot of bounce for the ounce where protein is concerned as does most cheese.
This may help you feel full longer, and even help with your munchies.
I hope you are having a bodacious time!
Hugs!

Hi Linda,
Good idea about the old size at the thrift store!

I have my protein shake during the week after my flaxseed toast.
I eat lots of cottage cheese on the weekend with frozen blueberries. I don't take it to work cuz I like the blueberries frozen. It is my treat dinner too on the nights Tom goes to school. Love it!

Hope you had a nice Sunday and are ready for Monday!
TTYL,
Cheryl

Good morning all.  I have a box of clothes in my trunk to drop at Goodwill next time I'm in that part of town.  I guess I should have saved something to look back on.  But with past diets, I just packed away the old clothes cause I knew I'd be getting back into them eventually.  NOT THIS TIME.  This time I know this weight loss will be permanent!

Food - B - Protein water after exercise, poached egg for breakfast; S - cottage cheese with raspberry; L - Gorton fish fillet w ff tartar sauce, small salad; S - sf jello made with with V-8 fusion (this may be an evening snack or an afternoon snack, depends on my mood) D - tomato soup and soy chips

Lew,I have the voice in the back of my head telling me not to give up my extensive amount of fat clothing as I too will need them again. I hear ya! NOT THIS TIME...you are so right sistah!!
I still need to remember, for my journey has been long, and I still have about 40 pounds to go...smile. If God says this is all I lose, then that is all good to. I have truly been blessed.

I just spent a looong time trying to figure out how to install and use these emoticons. A yell for "TOMHONEYHELP" made it possible.

No food ideas until I make a trip to the grocery store. Cottage cheese for each meal is fine with me but Tom wouldn't be too happy.

Got the bootie shaking - giggle

Annette, I can't figure out how to get these cool icons either. I need my daughter to come fix it for me.. I downloaded them but can't find them and I am supposed to be the computer guru (used to be...things change too fast now) Paulette

Paulette,
I was using Smiley Central, but that stopped working on this forum. Linda had some neat icons and my first attempt to download them was a mess. This computer makes me have a potty mouth!!!!
