I am proud of myself, the same as many of you are proud of yourselves, I'm sure. Alot of people had a lot more to lose than I did, but for all the same reasons, I'm sure.....health and/or meds.
Sugar-free Candy......that does have a ring to it.....LOL. Of course sometimes I do have sugar too and not sure I'm always eating the best, but did have a malnutrition blood test awhile ago. Almost everything was great.....it better have been when they had to take 12 vials of blood and that's not easy to find in my veins. They don't like to give up blood!
