Good Morning Margo, Well yesterday I said I needed to start getting up earlier, and asked Earl to get me up at 6......but thanks to whatever(birds chirping, dogs barking) I was awake at 4 and can't get back to sleep so thought I'd just start the day, and now I'm here looking for someone else awake and good golly here is Margo! This is the weekend that Carla K comes in from Fl and we have our road trip planned. I am very excited...maybe that's why I couldn;t sleep., thinking of all the things I need to do before she gets here and we're on the go. Alos today and tomorrow I have the grands, so I think a park day is in order, my hip and back is better so think I can handle a bike ride again and some decent walking. have a great day everyone! Carla is picking me up sunday night around 5 or so I think, then I'm about an hour from you. I'll check with her on the time though, maybe coffee at Starbucks??. Paulette
That sounds good to me, Paulette. I have never been to Starbucks so this is going to more fun. I am not only meeting friends for the first time but a new coffee too! How lucky am I? Now I will know what everyone is talking about when they chat about Starbucks. There is one right off 94 too. I will meet you guys there. Just let me know when you are coming close and I can get there in about 10 minuets or so.

Gary got up, the dog started scratching and I've been awake since 4:00. I was dead tired when I went to be and have a later than usual start at work today, so I really wanted to get some extra ZZZZZZ"S. Drats!!
I'm playing in a community concert tonight, then work all day tomorrow. Nothing planned for Sunday but rest. Oh, well....I have 100 Walk From Obesity posters to fill in information on. Maybe I'll post on the AR board and offer a latte to anyone who wants to meet me at a Buck's to help. How many takers do you think I'll get???

Good Morning Margo....I am up ealy again....no more bad dreams however.....just woke up. It is funny how your body can get used to waking up at a certain time, even if you don't want it to wake up.
I went out with a bunch of girlfriends last night at Cheeseburger in Paradise. It was very pleasant and we sat outside and chatted for a few hours. I had a bowl of soup....I have found my pouch is happier with that then if I try to eat a dinner.
We are going out to dinner tonight and then cards at our friends house. Saturday we have a wedding. A friend is marrying a Korean man and they are having two ceremonies one traditional and one in Korean. She has two dresses, one white for the traditional and one red for the Korean. Should be interesting, they have never even kissed. Very unusual nowadays.
Sunday is our usual Mass, my Open House and cookout at Kathleen's.

Good Morning Margo and OFF Family Members!
Well I had a wonderful day yesterday, drove up to Hamilton, NJ where I took the train to Seacacus, where Tony picked me up and we drove into the City, parked his car by the Lincoln tunnel, had breakfast and then hopped on the #7 train to Shea Stadium and saw a very exciting game of baseball where the Mets made us very happy!
So sorry if any of you Phillie fans and I don't mean that as a dig, we have more in common than no****ching our respective teams take us down the path only to watch them not make it all the way, though my team sure had me hanging my head last September. . . anyway it was a very exciting game to be at and for now my home team is #1! After the game, we took the train back to the car and drove to Seacacus outlet area, where we had dinner at Chili's, then sat outside at Starbucks for a little while and then Tony dropped me off so I could get home to my AA meeting. All in all, what started out as cloudly, rainy and miserable day, turned into a wonderful one in all manners! Just love when everything comes together so well ;)
As for today, I will be going to the gym in a bit and then I have a few things I need to run around and get done, before I hopefully get to enjoy some sun and relaxation at my friends pool and an AA meeting this evening. The rest of this weekend is not planned so I can't say what exactly I'll be doing, but cleaning, laundry, food shopping and food prep will be among some of the things I am doing.

I was up earlier and tried responding to some posts. What a joke. The codeine makes me stoooopid!
Thank you to all for your concern about me. My mouth feels better today.
No special plans. A while ago I saw a round table at the roadside with a "free" sign - left-over from a garage sale. It looked like a perfect painting project so I stopped and put it in the car. I have put a few coats of polyurethane on it and am now attempting to paint a paisley print on the top. It is a challenge and probably beyond my capabilities, but fun to try a new technique. The only expense is my time.
Tom shakes his head when I bring home this type of project. He thinks I am gathering junk. I like transforming the "junk" into something pretty.
All I ate yesterday was ???? hmmm - breakfast. I had better go feed myself.
