back from the dentist
I concur dear Annette! I was doing fine with mine until today. Started aching again and went in at 4:30, they removed the rest of the temp filling that had partially fallen out, found more methane gas leakage cleaned it all out and put another temp filling in. Just took some darvocett a bit ago and plan to go lay down. Not happy at all.

Oh my little sweetie. I am so sorry you had to go through that today. I have to take a tranqulizer before I go to the dentist they scare me that much. I started with having to do that when I had to have my first tooth out ever about 5 years ago. I don't want to repeat that one again. Those dentists scare me but mine is so nice and explains everything that she does before she does it. I just don't like her assistant. She is a biotch. lol
What I hate the most is the cost.....for about $3,000 you can have a root canal and a new tooth......and I can think of sooooo many things I would erather do wih $3,000. I hope that the tooth they extracted does not have to be replaced. It isd sdoooo pricey.

I know exactly what you are going through. I was lucky and didn't have to take any pain meds. I just had an infected tooth pulled too (last week). Yesterday I spent 2 hours "in the chair" getting molds made and then a filling removed and replaced. I have another one of those remove/replace ordeals in a couple weeks. I am getting an upper partial and 2 lowers made. I have lost a lot of teeth to cracking (due to stress issues).
Now since I have the weight loss in process and the kid is grown and gone I am working on the teeth.
Hope you feel better soon.

Oh, Annette, you poor little lady. I am someone who needs the gas just for cleaning my teeth and have had soooo much painful and yucky dental work that I am a nervous wreck when I have to go. I feel for you...here's a hug and a hope you are finished with all that!
