Hello everyone!
Well tomorrow is a checkup day and I always get freaky before one. I guess it is a hold-over from when I was fat. I ALWAYS gained. I'm just doin' phospha-soda today to get cleaned out along with clear liquids. Tomorrow I'm starting the 5 day pouch test again in order to break the carb demon's possession of me! Wish me luck and thanks for being here.
God Bless You All!

Barbara,
You can make just about any flavor you like. Here's the basic recipe:
1 24-oz container FF/LF cottage cheese
1 4-serving package SF/FF instant pudding mix
1/4 c. Splenda
Whiz in food processor or blender until very smooth.
Enjoy!
