Hi guys, I am still home, which ends my work week as I have Friday off. Fangster is still not happy.
B-Cheese stick L- Chicken and a little potato (for my tummy). D- Apple, the Braeburns are sweet and great right now, with peanut butter
Take care guys,I am sleeping a lot! I have been hot and cold, which makes me think I was getting ready to get really sick.

Hi Linda,
Hope you aren't getting sick!

I have cut out the peanut butter and crackers and stepped up the treadmill with weights and going a bit faster and I have finally hit a new number with a new 1/2 lb gone. It had been nearly two months since I had seen a new number. So I hope it isn't 2 more for the next 1/2. But if it is oh, well, better than what it used to be...1/2 lb up everytime I turned around!
pre B- flaxseed toast, coffee
B-protein shake
S-yogurt and kashi
L-ham and cheese roll ups, cherries
D-out with friend, prob a cup of soup then home for some fruit
S-yogurt and kashi

Cheryl,congrats on the weight loss! You are so small, 1/2 pound is a lot.
I am resting and de-briefing from all the situations around me,the kids are having some issues..LOL..when it rains,it pours!
Flaxseed toast sounds yummy!
You take care too...smile.

Hope you feel better sometime today, Linda!  I don't like to hear you are under the weather.....  Take care of yourself.  I've actually gained weight trying to eat more protein as directed by the surgeon's office.  I've resigned myself that I am going to be the one person surgery doesn't work for...... you watch!  LOL

B-yogurt (17 g protein)
S-AchievOne Protein Drink (20 g protein)
L-cottage cheese w/applesauce (10 g protein)
S-Small-size Protein Shake (11 g protein)
D-mahi mahi w/green beans (13 g protein)
S-Provolone Cheese (9 g protein)

Oh dear Kathi, I was supposed to be that one person the surgery did not work for. Just keeping doing everything, and it will work, if you have muscles, it  works a tad slower, but hey, having muscles is good...LOL.
Your menu looks gorgeous..keep hanging!

Linda, sorry Fangster is giving you problems.  Oscar has been behaving lately. 

B - protein shake
S - turkey and Swiss roll up
L - seafood salad made with imitation crab (purchased from the grocery deli) with 2 wheat crackers
S - yogurt
D - chicken thigh, salad, and a bit of taters
S - cantaloupe with ricotta cheese

Lots of water!

Hiya Deb! It is almost 1 here and I have had one cheese stick for the entire day! I will try a little something soon. I love seafood salad too!

Good morning to you, Linda. I hope that you soon start to feeling better. Maybe it is a good thing that you took off and with your long week end you might start to feeling better. Make sure that you take care of yourself.

Harpo was not a happy camper yesterday while I was visiting the shut ins from the church. He was NOT happy AT ALL and made sure that I knew it too. I had such terrible gas pains rolling around in my stomach and they hurt so bad I could hardly sit. It was plain h3ll coming home in the car. Driving over any and all bumps were murder! I am so glad that I have gas pills by the payloader full here~they came in handy yesterday!

B: sf oatmeal (so what's new here?)
L: scambled eggs
D: meat and spaghetti sauce with cheese (Bill is having spaghetti with it)
S: protien bar I guess

I better get going. I hope that things start looking up for you. I am sending love and hugs to you and yours and my special prayers are going up for all of you too. Take care and remember that we love you!

Brenda, I had some pain like that yesterday, on the lower left side of my stomach! It was worse than birth pains! My daughter gave me a pill for it. I hope never to have it again. It would stop for a minute, then come back, as sharp as ever!
I will pray for you.

Take care and rest up Linda.

I eating the usual breakfast but don't know about the rest of the day. At 11:30 I see the dentist - sob - if he pulls this tooth I will be a big baby. Probably just liquids for the rest of the day. I have only had one tooth pulled, decades ago, and it was a bad experience.
