Yea! They finally got my photo on!  It was taken 5 days after surgery.  It is one month today and I
have lost 26 pounds....How about that!  I am sure everything is going to slow down, but this is
the least I have weighed in years.   I would be happy losing 2 pounds a week or so.   I have been
feeling pretty well except for some fatigue and some nausea, the latter caused from eating too
fast.   Look forward to keeping in touch more frequently.  Mikelanne

Nice to put a face with the name, sounds like you are doing well.  You'll learn to slow down, I did, though sometimes I forget and get reminded by my stoma. . .

Hope to see more of you.  Take care, Laureen

Mikelanne, it is so nice to see you and your beautiful face together.  I would say that you are doing great since your surgery. I lost about 25 pounds my first month too and then about 10-12 a month later on. Now I am down to about 6-10 a month~or at least I was the last time I went to see the wls nurse. I really want the 25 a month again but I guess I must take what I get. lol You are doing just fantastic. Keep up the wonderful work and make sure you post often since we love hearing from you.

And such a pretty face!!! Your one month weight loss is great - hopefully it will keep up for a while longer. It can be very discouraging to stall too early on.
