Thank you for your kind words. I too have had the bi polar thing mentioned from therapists,but I have so much crap wrong with me, it is just one more thing,..LOL. Mostly I can go pretty strong and with the help of meds manage to stay mostly balanced. I prioritize (sp), and work for me is number one...smile.
Your menu looks great. I agree, the power of print is great, it let's us see how things really are. I am quick to do a mind screw with food, and I understand the emotional eating.
You will be fine, because you want to!!

It was a wise choice for you to stay home today. We will do our best to keep you going.

B - cottage cheese, Kashi, fresh peach
L - green beans with a stick of string cheese
S - apple and PB2
D - ??? maybe more cottage cheese & fruit. It is Tom's golf night, I have a training, so it is going to be a simple meal...as in 'very few dishes'.
