Helloooo!! All's good here. Began going to the gym on the base this AM - FREE!!! Was worried about feeling self-conscious with all those buff Marines (both male and female). At 5 Am there were only 2 others there! Yippee!
Anyway. B - portein in my water, poached egg S - cottage cheese and fruit L - grilled fish fillet with ff tartar sauce, sweet tater and cauliflower D - leek soup and soy chips

S - apple and PB2 <----- good stuff, just got my first order
D - green beans in meat sauce with cheese
I don't eat pasta but still need my tomato sauce fix. When I make sauce it is super thick with meats. I use hot turkey sausage, throw in pork, chicken and ground sirloin too. I don't have a recipe, not that kind of cook.

L - leftover Mexican (black beans, filling from 1/2 a chicken and 1/2 a beef enchillada, grilled veggies, and lots of cheese
S - probably cheese or yogurt
D - baked fish, fresh spinach, mushrooms sauteed in a little olive oil with garlic

YAY! Linda's back! I hope your computer is faster than ever since your daughter cleaned it up. Menu: Cuppa B- 1/4 cup Eggbeaters with salsa. S- Protein Drink L-turkey & pickel roll-up S- 1/4 cup Greek yogurt. D-2 oz med shrimp and baby spinach salad. S- cherries. That's my menu and I'm stickin' to it.
