Hi Y'ALL!

I have lurked for a couple of years while trying to find a doctor who would do surgery on someone with CP who uses a wheelchair(my balace sucks!}.I am married and am a former teacher.
I have my first consult August sixth.My insurance covers the surgery.Iwent through all the tests with another doctor who turned me down due to mobility issues.It is good to be here to give and receive support!

Welcome  to the forum, Rojack.  I am still relatively new to this particular forum but I can share this with you, this is the nicest, kindess, caring group of individuals you will ever encounter!  Best of luck with your doctors visit August 06 and keep us informed.

I am sure planning on it. I have been telling Bill that my friends are coming and we are getting together! I just need to warn him!
