NS Wow moment

Hi all
   I am having VSG on July 30th and just had a little wow moment..............was putting clothes in the dryer and you know how you always take out your shirts and whatnot so they won't "shrink"........well I thought..........What the heck..........I don't care if they shrink...........they'll fit soon

Linda, I know what you mean,  I never used to put my clothes in the dryer, everything had to be hung up so it didn't "shrink", now I throw almost everything in the dryer that I can and they are stil loose.  It feels wonderful and like you I haven't had suregery yet. Good luck with your seurgery on the 30th, will someone let us know how you are doing until you can post?   Paulette

Wow, you are doing great on your pre-op..............I couldn't wait for the 6 months of supervised diet, so I am a self-pay............thought it was time to invest in myself.............every summer, I would say, I am going to lose this weight and get healthy...........and every Sept-June it was the same thing.........just piling up those co-morbidies and having no energy,etc.  So this is my time
