hey jeannie i know i am late in answering this post but next time have them use the butterfly needle...it is what they told me to have them use and it works soooooooo much easier on us!!
They have to go a little smaller on me because of my veins so they use what is called a scalp vein needle. What they use on new born babies. I'm so delicate. LOL
