hi and welcome!!!! hope you continue to post here and get to know us all and we can get to know you as well!!! this is the best board that OH has in my book...lol congrats on your achievement and good luck on your weight loss....i have been stuck simce last july and so far maybe another 10 pounds have come off in the last year....i am happy if this is it but would love to get a few more pounds off...i also am not looking to have plastic surgery done...not sure i could handle it....lol

Welcome to the OFF. I think you are taking very sensible and sustainable steps to get those last few pounds off, and KEEP them off. My personal challenge is working more exercise into my life, so I admire your dedication to that! Looking forward to getting to know you!
