B-protein drink. S-Yogurt/w/Kashi. L-Laughing Cow cheese wedge with 5 Trader Joe's mini-toasts. S-protein bar. D-Steak/w/salad.
Has anyone tried Click? It's a expresso protein drink. 15 grams of protein and two shots of expresso. I can only drink this in the morning, but it is enough caffeine to keep my mid-morning headache away and the 15 grams of protein?? Works for me!

S: 1/2 c. white chocolate raspberry cottage cheese pudding
L: 3 oz tofu w/ peanut sauce, 1/4 c. asparagus citrus salad
D: 1/2 c. LF chicken pot pie (no crust), 1/4 c. broccoli & grape salad
S: 1/2 c. Shelly's peanut butter chocolate protein ice cream

Kyleigh and I are having a good visit. Life isn't real exciting here but we are managing to keep occupied!

D-talapia and small salad w/ veggies, cheese and sunflower seeds
S-SF pudding (creamy caramel)

Good morning, Linda. I have been having problems too. I couldn't get anything to post and so I thought that I would try the editor #2 and low and behold it worked. I am guessing that it must have worked since I am able to post now and my computer hasn't blown up and things seem alright. I accomplished something on this crazy computer and everything is in one peice. Life is good.

L: frozen dinner (chicken or turkey)
D: fresh talapia and veggies
S: protein bar I guess (ugh! what a snack~I thought they were suppose to something yummy!)
Working on my Sunday service for church. I am doing the sermon on extending the mercy of forgiveness to others. So far so good but it is still in the early stages. I don't want to count my chickens before they hatch.

B: eggbeaters, coffee & orange L; half turkey sandwich on lo carb bread S; Apple & Peanut Butter D: Teriyaki Grilled Steak, Cauliflower and lots of water....I'm haven't been getting it all in and I feel it in my hands & feet.
