Wow...OH is getting harder! I am on the run!

B- SB granola bar L- Chicken Salad D- Beef veggie soup S- yogurt

Today, I had a pam fried egg for breakfast.  Snack 1 cup plain yogurt with 1 scoop of strawberry protein powder.  Lunch 1 cup of beef soup and 1/4 piece of flat bread; snack proteind drink slammed with peanut butter; Dinner will be a ham and cheese wrap and maybe some vegetables and my snack will be three protein balls. Yummy.  Oh and in between all of that eating, I'll be drinking water.

B-protein drink. S-Yogurt/w/Kashi. L-Laughing Cow cheese wedge with 5 Trader Joe's mini-toasts. S-protein bar. D-Steak/w/salad.

 

Has anyone tried Click? It's a expresso protein drink. 15 grams of protein and two shots of expresso. I can only drink this in the morning, but it is enough caffeine to keep my mid-morning headache away and the 15 grams of protein?? Works for me!

B: protein shake (1 c. skim milk, 1 scoop peanut butter chocolate protein powder

S: 1/2 c. white chocolate raspberry cottage cheese pudding

L:  3 oz tofu w/ peanut sauce, 1/4 c. asparagus citrus salad

D:  1/2 c. LF chicken pot pie (no crust), 1/4 c. broccoli & grape salad

S:  1/2 c. Shelly's peanut butter chocolate protein ice cream

Good Morning my dear friend Linda!!

Kyleigh and I are having a good visit. Life isn't real exciting here but we are managing to keep occupied!

Hope your day is going well and that the pain has left you....at least that it is tolerable!

B-yogurt w/ kashi and string cheese

S-pineapple and almonds

L-chicken breast(BBQ) and mixed veggies

S-strawberries and pistachios

D-talapia and small salad w/ veggies, cheese and sunflower seeds

S-SF pudding (creamy caramel)

Good morning, Linda. I have been having problems too. I couldn't get anything to post and so I thought that I would try the editor #2 and low and behold it worked. I am guessing that it must have worked since I am able to post now and my computer hasn't blown up and things seem alright. I accomplished something on this crazy computer and everything is in one peice. Life is good.

B: sf oatmeal and banana

L: frozen dinner (chicken or turkey)

D: fresh talapia and veggies

S: protein bar I guess (ugh! what a snack~I thought they were suppose to something yummy!)

Working on my Sunday service for church. I am doing the sermon on extending the mercy of forgiveness to others. So far so good but it is still in the early stages. I don't want to count my chickens before they hatch.

I am sending love and hugs to you and my special prayers are going up for you and yours.

B: eggbeaters, coffee & orange L; half turkey sandwich on lo carb bread S; Apple & Peanut Butter D: Teriyaki Grilled Steak, Cauliflower  and lots of water....I'm haven't been getting it all in and I feel it in my hands & feet.  Hugs, Paulette
