Don't worry if I am MIA this week. My schedule is overflowing with company, work and Melanie's birthday events. It promises to be fun but exhausting.

I hate trying to decide what to eat.  It was so easy before surgery, ate everything. LOL

Well, today, I'm going for a glass of protein shake for breakfast a boiled egg for snack.  For lunch, I'm going to try a roasted chicken thigh and green beans.  Snack will be protein shake.  Supper I'm going to eat another boiled egg mixed with the left over chicken: Woot Woot! and my evening snack, can we all say it, PROTEIN DRINK.  All for Jan. LOL  No, for me, I've got to get my self built up.  Yes, for me.

Hi Linda,

I need to go swimming.  I paid for a pool membership at our community center and haven't even picked up my ID yet.

Going with Hubby today to his informational seminar at the hospital about his knee replacement. I'm only working half the day.

I just saw on the News that Phoenix had some issues yesterday.....hope your area wasn't affected.

B - wt. control oatmeal, ff milk, 3/4 banana, spoonful PB
L - turkey brat, small salad
D - chicken, broccoli salad

S - who knows?

Good morning, Linda. I hope that Tuesday number one is great for you.

I have to go to the doctor this afternoon. I have to leave when Bill leaves for work. I hate going but need the refills so what is a girl to do. I would rather go to the doctor than go where Bill works. Out at the mill and in the coke plant to boot.

B: sf oatmeal w/o milk and a Pure Protein bar

L: probably out for lunch with Trudy

D: maybe I will make a burger on the grill (yes me) and veggies

Yesterday was a good day. I rode my new bike and I am having a problem getting use to it. I have never rode a bike with gears and I can't get use to them. What ever happened to the nice bikes with no gears? Why do they always have to change what doesn't need to be changed? I hate that!

I am sending you love and hugs. I am keeping you and yours in my special prayers going up. Have a wonderful day and remember to bloom where you are planted.

Good morning sweetie!! I hope your weekend was a good one!!

Aw yes...the begining of another week! Today is a visit with my pulmonary doctor and then my psychiatrist. My pulmonary doctor said last year that he would like me to lose at least 20 pounds. I think he will be surprised!! My psychiatrist is a great guy. I always enjoy my visits with him.

Kyleigh is staying with me this week. I am sure we will have many adventures!!

B-yogurt w/kashi and string cheese (Kyleigh is still asleep!)

S-fruit

L-salmon and fresh green beans w/sauted onions

D-???? Whatever Kyleigh wants

Good morning Linda, I'm back from a  very busy, hectic weekend, but my food was fine this weekend, I got the calories I needed and no extras, so I'm happy. Had  a mini reunion yesterday with my best childhood friend , Dawn (in from Phoenix) and her sister in Chicago. They both knew that I'm preparing for wls and the "little" sister, Carol,  made sure there were wl friendly foods to eat. She is so sweet and of course neither of them has a weight issue and it meant so much to me that Dawn  & Carol made such an extra effort for me. for lunch we had mini subs, turkey  & vegies no mayo or oil, fresh fruit and  hummas dip and reduced fat crackers for snacks, vitamin water or unsweetened iced tea to drink. I have to go find a special thank you card today.  so for today my food plan is: B- coffee, sheredded wheat w. skim mile S. orange L; Salad w/ some kind of protein D; BBW chicken breast ,vegies.  Have a great tuesday number 1.  *~*~*~*~*~*~*~*    GOOOD   MOOORNING  MISS LINDA  AND ALL....My dau in law will have microscopic surgery on her knee today.  I will take her to the clinic and wait for the recovery  then bring her home.  My granddaughter  will stay with the boys....  All this week I will be taking the one boy to summer school then all of them off to the park so Mom can have quiet time.  B:  cottage cheese w/fruit  L:  taco fixings  D:  BBQ w/veggies   S: protein shake   Millie
