the pain of eating!
thank you all for concern about my food poisoning
first; millie, i am ashamed to say that it was at home- i cooked an old spaghetti squash which probly shoulda been pitched...
we are not 100% sure that it would be considered food poisoning but close enough....the dehydration aspect is my biggest worry!
i am fine- well- weak and very tired and needing more fluids but michael is now being transported from the local (in my flight plan to work and home) hospital to the one where his gastro surgeon's team can watch over him for a new bowel obstruction...he was still puking-even the barium junk - so when they found the obstruction they kept him- well- transported him--hopefully it will fix itself but with his past history and his severe dehydration--annette- he puked out over 3 qts before 3 pm today- i got out about 2/3 of a cup! sorry- i know --tmi!!!
i know that men are such wussies..and he is typical but i felt so bad for him...fever chills puking looked at bit yellow at the gills....
so- roxie is happy that mommy is home- we left at 1 pm i got home after 830...i need to feed the birds and get myself to bed..i had about two hours sleep this morning before i found out he was sick...
i may stay home tomorrow -not sure-will see how i feel in the morning.....
anyhow- prayers are always appreciated!
Oh, Margo, I am so sorry that Michael is so sick. You still have to make sure that you take care of you. Like I told you earlier you aren't going to be of any help to Michael if you let yourself get down to much. He is in a place now that is going to take care of him so now do us all a favor and take good care of our Margo!
I am sending lots of love and gentle hugs to help you to feel better. Love you, my sister.
Sorry to hear you and Michael are having health issues. . . If you have some, try making a nice pot of decaf Peppermint tea, it will soothe your stomach and replenish your fluids in a tasteful manner. . .
Hugs and positive healing thoughts, Laureen

Oh Margo, what a time of it you and Michael are having. I was out and about most of the weekend so I'm reading the posts I missed now. I am sending hugs your way and hope you are both on the mend and feeling better by now. Hugs, Paulete
I am so sorry you and Michael have had to go through this. I am so glad you are on the mend. After going through 2 obstructions, I can imagine the torture Michael was experiencing. It is hard to imagine that an innocent little spagetti squash may have triggered this. You will probably not be able to look at one for a while.. Continue to get better, you are loved
