Good morning to you sweet little Linda! I hope that today is a great day for you.  I am sitting here at the church desk and doing nothing. I got everything done and so here I sit. I had one visitor this morning at 8 and she was out in a couple of minutes. I like her but she is strange at times and I was ready to ask her to sit and talk so I must have been desperate!  I am eating breakfast through the morning up here. So far it is working for me so if it works don't fix it.  B: Pure Protein smores bar and 2 string cheese L: ham and provolone roll ups D: not sure S: popcorn I am getting a lot of protein this morning with breakfast so that is good and I am drinking a lot more too. I am working on drinking at least 3 bottles with other things inbetween them. I am taking the nurses advice and making the water my snacks between meals.  I hope that today is good for you and I am sending love and hugs to you. I am keeping you and yours in my special prayers. Make good memories today.
