Smiley Face: In Red
Well , I went to my PCP this morning. I had a few ( issue's) that needed to be addressed.
I have a whole bunch of small moles on my back that have popped up in the last 6 months and I was a bit concerned. I just love my doc. He said: I see nothing to be worried about. Thoes moles are just age spots, and Peggy dear,You have them because you are luckie enough to reach the age when spots start to appear. I will gladly wear my age spots with pride. Next month, I will reach my 2 1/2 years post WLS. I know that I would have to get on the scale at the doc's this morning. Gee's, it's been more then 6 months since I last weighed myself.Just didn't want to see the results.......Wellllllll, I 'm here to tell you that WLS works. I've lost another 5 pounds in that 6 months. For me , the summer time is also helpful. I get out and move my tinny hiney, LOL. The hateful Fibro has left me alone for the last month or so, I'm moving easier, life is good. The smile is plasted on this Ol' Granny face. I truely hope that this day brings you all love, good health and a bucket full of Spice. Go spred the Joy. Peg in: Bright , Bodacious , Bouncing, and so very happy to show off my Age Spots, Red

My Mantra is that I do not determine my success by the number hanging in my closet, nor will I let the scale determine that success either. . . It is through trial and error I will continue to grow and succeed. . . Laureen
