Good morning to you sweet Linda. I am so glad that you didn't kick the bucket since I have nothing to wear. I don't have a dress that fits anymore. Oh well, I guess you just have to wait! Good for us! I have been doing pretty good with the food the last few days. I am up at the church office this week and so hectic. Today is not so bad but I have a million things to do and I don't want to! I have address about 40 envelopes and get them in the mail. They should go out this morning but tomorrow is good. I have to change the boards for Sunday and the one outside just hates me. I am not sure why but the feeling is mutual! It just gives me so much trouble when I try to open or close it. It is about 60 years old and I would kick it if it wasn't brick and would break my foot again! Here goes the food for the day: B: string cheese and a protein bar L: ham and cheese roll up and yogurt D: fish and mashed sweet potato (a bit) and veggies S: sf pudding Hope your day is good. I am going to clean my house today when Bill leaves for work. I have neglected it and it looks like it. I have way to much junk! Have a wonderful day and I am sending love and big hugs to you. I am still keeping you and yours in my special prayers.

Linda....I am soooo glad you are still here with us!!  We need you!! I had a great birthday....wooohoooo!! To bed at 4:15AM....up at 7:00AM.....working at 8:00AM. I have a meeting with a client at 1:00PM so I need to get my things together and be on my way. It is an hour or so drive from here...UGH!! The results of Nic's PET Scan came back with a spot on the lining of his lung. He had a cold and we are praying that is all it is!! They will be here on Friday....I can't wait to see them!! Carrie and the grands will be here too!!!! B-yogurt w/ kashi and string cheese S-protein bar  L-???? (traveling) S-fruit D-chicken (from my chimmichunga last night) and refried beans w/ cheese S-cherry tomatoes and almonds  Kisses .....and (((((HUGS))))) ...Boo to you!!

Hey Linda, Congrats on the bonus!  Money is always a good way for them to show appreciation, huh?  Cuppa B- 1/4 cup Eggbeaters and 3 prunes. S Protein Shake. L- 2 oz Crustless spinach quiche & 1 oz melon. S- Protein Drink.  D- 4 med shrimp w/ ****tail sauce and salad, maybe some left over baked potato.  I've been getting cramps in the legs and feet, and somebody told me that besides banana's that potatos have alot of potassium too. Sooo, that's my menu and I'm stickin' to it. I have shrunk from 5'7" to 5' 5" in case anybody's taking a survey, and I'm 55 and almost 56!

Hi Linda, Congrats on the bonus.  I'm glad your pain issues didn't hit you in the pocketbook.  I'm also glad you are feeling better. I don't know what is wrong with me lately but I want to eat.  I just polished off two bags of Raisinettes! I'm up to 790 calories I've had today and I have to get through dinner and the evening. UGHHH! B - Pure Protein Bar L - Smart Ones Homestyle Chicken with Green Beans S - 2 bags of Raisinettes D - Turkey Burger with broccoli S - Cup of Chai Tea I am having the hardest time staying under 1,000 calories a day.  I'm going to buy some protein shake fixins and go back to basics for a few days.  Yuck.  This is a mental thing - I know it.  There are lots of things I want to change that are not under my control so out of my frustration I am eating.  When will this ever end? I've been walking every day so exercise is not a problem. But keeping my mouth shut is.  I will get through this, I will get through this, I will get through this. Debbie, How long do you have to work for that jerk in order to get your benefits to switch to another job?  I hope it's not more than two more years.  God bless you.  I think I would have exploded by now. Bev, at 83 years old, I keep thinking he won't last forever.  Ya know my grandma had a saying, "The Lord don't want him and the devil won't have him!"  Technically because of my age/years worked, I have to work TOO MANY more years to retire with good benefits.  I could retire now, but the benefits would suck.  I've been with this department for 21 years, with this boss for about 9 years of those 21.  There's a freeze on hiring with the state right now, so if I switched, I'd lose too much.  Hey, I've put up with him for 9 years, I'm pretty sure I can last a few more.  I think I've found a way to make him stop in the middle of a tirade!  I've done it twice now with great results.  He starts yelling, I place my hands on my hips and give him my best "don't F*#% with me" stare!  Good Lord, I must really look a sight when I do that to calm him down!
