Shovel Linda, That's good, I didn't feel like digging a hole for you, my black dress is too big and PLUS --- I'd cry and feel sad and want to kick your a$$.  Gee, aren't you glad to have such a sentimental Sister? You are LOVED!!  Usually I can toss food together, no recipe, and know it will be tasty. Boy did I make a yucky. I mixed Fage yogurt, chunky peanut butter and cinnamon for my apple dip. GAG!!! Don't try that concoction. See you later Annette

Hi there Annette, I love peanut butter, but NEVER mixed with anything. Only on things, apples, crackers, etc. I don't even really like peanut butter cookies. So when ever anyone talks about the peanut butter in cereal, shakes etc that GAGs me! I know I'm a duck! Cheryl

Hi Cheryl, I must agree I like peanut butter also.  I am a pre op patient and curious as to which brands of peanut butter are sugar free? Do you have any suggestions.

There is a new product out called PB2 -- it is a powdered peanut butter mfg. in Georgia. You can add water to it for a spread, or mix it in s/f jelly or I like it added to s/f pudding. It has 75% less fat than regular PB and no sugar. Bell Plantation is the mfg.

Hey Pat, I just got my order of PB2 yesterday and had some on an apple.  Yum, and not all that fat. I love it!

Hi Cheryl, I love, love Adams creamy. My nut said it was better for me than JIF and now I like it better than JIF. Good Luck to you! Cheryl

Eeewwww, Annette that does sound rather nasty!  At least you can say you tried something new.  I remember a few things I've tried mixing that absolutely flopped, like strawberries and peanut butter, then there was the time I put raspberry sf syrup in coffee OMG

Debbie, We keep trying for an interesting combination. Some are good, others don't make it. The raspberry and coffee sure sounds like it would be good. I will take your word and NOT try it though.
