Oops, hope you're feeling better soon.
I wish I could take a day of sick leave. We have a crazy system where I work...so won't really be able to take a sick day and get paid for about 15 more months. I may just take one without pay one of these days.
I am trying to get rid of 2.5-3 lbs that have come back and haven't left quickly like they usually do. Walked 1/2 hour on the treadmill in am yesterday and 1 hour last night. Not sure what the heck is going on....

L-peanut butter, crackers and strawberries
S- cantaloupe
D- some grilled meat and grilled veggies

D - chicken baked with onions, lemon slices, black olives, and some green beans

I woke with a sore throat and post-nasal drip. If I don't feel better, I'll only have protein shakes, decaf coffee, and hot tea today - maybe some soup tonight. George says I'm getting on that plane Sat. NO MATTER WHAT! Either he knows how badly I NEED this vacation or he's trying to get rid of me. Hummm, wonder what he has planned while I'm away? LOL Na, I trust him completely!

*~*~*~*~ Gurl, I bet you are very relaxed today... hee hee Nice day to just lay around... whether you want to or not ! ! ! One pill will put me face down for more than the 8 hours needed. I'm fighting my own demons today. Didn't do well over the weekend with food. I thought I could do better Tues ( the first Tues) but I didn't. Now here it is the second Tues and I'm off to a good start... BUT .... I have had a bad case of the betchiness and poor mom is walking on egg shells. Hello Linda.....I sure hope you don't do that again...that is scary!!
I have done it myself...not a good feeling. Now I keep all my meds in my weeklly pill holder. Everyday I know exactly what I have taken and not. My life is too busy if I didn't do that I would be messing up all the time!!
I will post about my appointment yesterday with my Urologist on the Whats New. Today is my mamogram....great fun on my birtyhday!!
I couldn't believe it......I always get up in the AM about 5:30 or 6:00AM. I never have to set an alarm. Today I slept until 10:20AM......I am in shock. Guess this old body needed it!!
