Welcome to Tuesday part 2. I am staying home today, I think I over dosed myself, took sleeping med twice. I will lay them out from now on so that won't happen again! B- Cheese sticks L- leftover ribs and cabbage D- Chinese Chicken and veggies...have a good day, I am going back to sleep!

Oops, hope you're feeling better soon. I wish I could take a day of sick leave. We have a crazy system where I work...so won't really be able to take a sick day and get paid for about 15 more months. I may just take one without pay one of these days. I am trying to get rid of 2.5-3 lbs that have come back and haven't left quickly like they usually do. Walked 1/2 hour on the treadmill in am yesterday and 1 hour last night. Not sure what the heck is going on.... B-protein shake S-yogurt and Kashi L-peanut butter, crackers and strawberries S- cantaloupe D- some grilled meat and grilled veggies You take care and have a restful, peaceful day. Cheryl

 Nervous 2 Linda my Sweety, That is a scarey oopsie. Try drinking extra water to flush the dose out of your system today. Good idea to lay them out so this doesn't happen again.  After I take an Ativan, I put the bottle in another room so I don't forget and take an extra does.  You are LOVED   Annette

Oooh Linda, how scary.  B - protein shake S - protein shake L - lunch I didn't finish yesterday (beans and bbq brisket)  S - cheese or protein shake D - chicken baked with onions, lemon slices, black olives, and some green beans S - protein shake I woke with a sore throat and post-nasal drip.  If I don't feel better, I'll only have protein shakes, decaf coffee, and hot tea today - maybe some soup tonight.  George says I'm getting on that plane Sat. NO MATTER WHAT!  Either he knows how badly I NEED this vacation or he's trying to get rid of me.  Hummm, wonder what he has planned while I'm away?  LOL  Na, I trust him completely! Debbie

*~*~*~*~ Gurl, I bet you are very relaxed today... hee hee Nice day to just lay around... whether you want to or not ! ! ! One pill will put me face down for more than the 8 hours needed. I'm fighting my own demons today. Didn't do well over the weekend with food. I thought I could do better Tues ( the first Tues) but I didn't. Now here it is the second Tues and I'm off to a good start... BUT .... I have had a bad case of the betchiness and poor mom is walking on egg shells. Sigh, her hearing is going and I have to repeat so much and it gets irritating. I know it is me but.... B: cottage cheese w/fruit L: taco salad D:BBQ & veggies S: protein shake

Hello Linda.....I sure hope you don't do that again...that is scary!! I have done it myself...not a good feeling. Now I keep all my meds in my weeklly pill holder. Everyday I know exactly what I have taken and not. My life is too busy if I didn't do that I would be messing up all the time!! I will post about my appointment yesterday with my Urologist on the Whats New. Today is my mamogram....great fun on my birtyhday!! I couldn't believe it......I always get up in the AM about 5:30 or 6:00AM. I never have to set an alarm. Today I slept until 10:20AM......I am in shock. Guess this old body needed it!! B-(10:30AM) Boost Protein Shake L-salad with ham, cheese, veggies and sunflower seeds S-strawberries D-???friends are taking me out to eat S-fruit?? Love you sweetheart...have a restful day....Boo...to you!
