Good afternoon all!  Cuppa ambition.  B- 1/4 cup Eggbeaters w/ketchup. S- Cantelope L- turkey rollup with spinach. S- Protein shake. D-1 oz roast pork, 1 oz brussel sprout & 1 oz mashed potatos. Lotsa water and multi vits and calcium.  That's my menu and I'm stickin' to it.

*~*~*~*~*~*~* I AM SOOOOO FRUSTRATED. I HAVE THIS NEW LAPTOP.... it's an Apple and I do like it But....... I have written several posts then some how I'm hitting something then everything gets deleted. Did that this morning so I just gave up. Have done that several times. sheeesshhh B: cottage cheese w/ fruit L: cheese yogurt with veggie & fruit. D: taco salad (no shell) S: protein bar & protein shake. Millie
