I am going to stay on track today as this weekend I did not. The scale is showing it this morning I will head up to the ole treadmill here in a few minutes.

That was one helluva long weekend. Still not over because Tom is home. I have to work but he can do as he pleases. I hope it pleases him to do some housework. Giggle
Witchy Pouch was in a turmoil yesterday. Last night I resorted to a couple of Pepto Bismal tablets. Oh yuckies - I had forgotten that those buggers cause a BLACK tongue the next day. So gross.
I may just have cottage cheese for every meal today.

Hi Linda,
It's back to work I go. WAHHHH! I had a wonderful weekend. I hope you did too. All the left over food is gone~yay~so I'm safe now and back on track. I'm having a lot of lower back pain. I'm not sure if it is from moving furniture and setting up and taking down tables and chairs over the weekend or if it's from the humidity and air conditioning. I'm going to take some Tylenol and see if that helps.

S - At the mercy of the Cafeteria Vending Machine - Hopefully they have some Nature Valley Granola Bars.

Don't have trouble getting all my protein in, it's the other stuff that I have trouble with.....will I NEVER LEARN!
B - mini wheats w/ff milk and a small peach
L - bbq chicken leg, cauliflower w/LF dip
D - turkey brat, salad
S - last piece of angel food cake, strawberries
Now if I can just stick to that, I'll be good to go!!!!

L - bbq brisket (sp - that doesn't look right) and beans
S - ??? yogurt, protein shake, or cheese
D - chicken, baked with black olives, thinly sliced lemon, Vidalia onions, and garlic, and green beans
S - depends on what the earlier snack turned out to be, probably protein shake or peanut butter and banana

Yes the work week has begun.......UGH!! I over played this long, long weekend.....I am pooped out today!!!!
I have my cat scan today at 12:45...hope that goes well!! I have to fast intil then(four hours before)....not even water......that is harder for me then not eating....I love my water!!! The scan is a recheck on that whatever it is on my kidney. They watch it to see if it changes every 6 months. I meet with the doctor at 1:45PM.

I'm kind of depressed today because my mother was so disoriented yesterday. I feel like I have her in body but not in mind.
B: about 1/3 packet weight control oatmeal w/ skim milk, banana, and PB2
S: 1/2 c. chocolate cottage cheese pudding w/ 1 tbl no-sugar-added cherry pie filling
L: 2 oz beef brisket, 1/4 c. Korean spinach
S: 1/2 c. LF cottage cheese w/ blueberries
D: 3 oz Coriander chicken & cabbage salad, 1/4 c. green beans
S: 4 oz SF pudding
