B: protein shake made w/ 1 c. skim milk, 1/2 banana, & 1 scoop peanut butter chocolate protein powder
S: 1/2 c. chocolate cottage cheese pudding w/ 1 tbl no-sugar-added cherry pie filling
L: 3 oz eggplant Parmesan, 1/4 c. Mediterranean vegetables
S: 1/2 c. LF cottage cheese w/ blueberries
D: 2 oz beef brisket, 1/4 c. Korean spinach
S: 4 oz SF pudding
