Hello my friends

wow wow long time, I think I am ok after 9 months of hell. Still trying to figure it out if it was just me imagining things, if so kind of scary. I wanted to update you all and I am trying to get back on the boards again. I ran my first 5 k yesterday and came in at 48 minutes not bad for the first time. working at a preschool for the last 4 months. Have not been on a vacation in about 7 months,I need one. Just had my 3rd grandson and another one on  it's way. My son came home from Georgia and started his church here in my city and is growing so fast.  I have maintained my weight loss but never did reach my goal told i look ok like this. alltogether lost 202 lbs.  I hope you are all doing good miss you love you. Wow... you are doing great! I did a 5K in 12 minutes... but I was in my truck... does that count?? In a former life, in a galaxy far, far away, I lived on Briercrest Ave in Lakewood... Have fun.... see ya around here...

Hi Melody, Does our little get together in San Diego seem like such a long time ago??? I'll be in San Diego October 30 and 31 with a couple of friends before we head out on the Mexican Riviera cruise November 1. We'll be staying at a little "local" motel called the Dolphin. Hello Karen, yes the San Diego get together does seem ages ago, Look at you traveling again I love it. I have not been out of the country for 16 months,  getting ready for our trip back to Italy in October and croaicha . Good to hear from you, you look great to.
