Annette, I use the Bare Essuentuals and I love it. In order to make it look good you have to buff it out. Tevia to is trying to type with me!!!!! He misses Annie!!!!! Carl should be back tomorrow or the next day sometime. I am driving down to Ft Lauderdale to get him. I leave tomorrow after work. Today I am off work and going to enjoy my day with Lily. Well gas is 4.05 a gallon here. It took me 43.00 to fill the new car. I guess that is better than 180.00 to fill the truck. Carla

Karla, I tried that but it still made the wrinkles more pronounced. Maybe I am using too much on the brush. Time to experiment before tossing it? Tell Tevia that Annie is lonesome too. She sends love and kisses. $4.05 a gallon would be a treat up here. $4.29 is the "Sunday Special" It goes up during the week but always less on Sundays at a couple of the stations. Annette 

Annette, I like my Bare Minerals, too, but I cheat...sometimes I use foundation under it.  Just think sometimes I need a little 'X'tra. Janet

Hi Annette and all! I have not posted too much lately because I have been sleeping till 5-5:30! Yay! Much better than 3-3:30! Don't know why but am just enjoying it. I even had to be wakened by my alarm yesterday! Now that hasn't happened in forever! Went to the ultra sound yesterday, see my WOW post, and all looks good there. Have the eye specialist appt today to look at my crossed eyes. Am sitting on my back porch this am and it is so nice out...got out here about 5:20 am. I just love it! I don't wear foundation, but blush, eyeshadow (use brown for liner) and mascara. Usually by the time I get to work lots of the eye makeup is gone as my eyes tear when I walk outside and any breeze hits them. Tom prefers no makeup...but since I have lost weight I use it everyday instead of just for dress up. Not much new here...just been really hot and yesterday for our neck of the woods really humid. Had some thunder and lightening finally. I love it! Oh yeah, and I went to the thrift store and got 4 things at 99 cents each, 3 tops 1 dress and 1 pair of pedal pushers. Only two more work days for me! Yippee! Have a good day all you friends! Cheryl

Good Morning Annette and Everyone...... I am hoping for another slow workday today. I really need the break. Yesterday was steady but not overwhelming.  Annette........I haven't tried the Mineral Powders yet. I have a girlfriend that just loves them. She uses Bare Essentials. Next time I need powder I will give it a try. Your Annie stories always make me smile...thanks for sharing! Margo........thank you for thinking of me. I know everyday will get a little easier. It is just hard right now. I am sending extra prayers for you that you get that job. Those young gals have nothing on you. They need someone that will be there, has good work ethics, and a BRAIN!! Wow ...  I feel like such a slacker!!  I got up about 8:00 here in Ohio.  I have my mom and my nephew with me this week.  My Mom and sister (& family) were supposed to move last weekend but there was a goof in the paperwork so they are staying in a hotel until they get it all straightened out.  The company didn't tell them until the last minute so they are going through another company ,,,,  Oh well ....  such drama.  Just leaving it to God to work it all out - it has been very stressful on mom who is 80.    I have my appointment with the new surgeon tomorrow - hopefully, he will take me as a patient!   My cat doesn't bother my computer but the Jack Russell would be on my life if I'd let him ....  he is a little too big!  Hope everyone has a great day!  Janelle

Such a lovely day here. My dear sweet grandaughter ,Faiths, 15th birthday. I am taking her and her 6 yr old brother to the Botanical gardens this afternoon. A beautiful place with lots to do. Crossing fingers, today is day 3 of no rain and if we make until tonight we can have a fire in the chiminea.I told Faith she may not get her B-day present because I want it.. She said "Oh good that means I will love it"  She discovered  the movie "Fried Green Tomatoes"  in my movies this past weekend and asked how I liked it as she had a girl friend who said it was one of her favorite movies. I agreed, it is one of my top ever loved movies So she watched it and  sobbed and sobbed, and decided it was one of her favorite movies and she could watch it over and over. Sooo I bought her the movie. But it is the anniversery addition DVD and has lots of extras. I am excited to see it too.   I checked my zuchinni plants last night and by this weekend I will have my first pickings.. ohhh yummm yummmm. For some reason I have never been able to grow it. But at Chucks he has magic soil and everything grows fantasticly.. So here we go.. Blessings

Hello Annette and all, I am a slow poke today getting here... We started in the master bedroom early working on the new sub floor. We won;t get much done this weekend as we have a 4th of July family reunion at my cousins and then tomy mom's in Wisc afterwards. My cousin has a beautiful house on the river and does these wonderful 4th of July/reunions every other year., usually about 100+ people there. Tons of things for all the kiddies to do, swim & fish, trampoline, volleyball etc. And enough visiting for the rest of us. Has a caterered "chuck wagon" come with all the fixings....UMMM that might be the hard part....Earl has promised to help me avoid the plate & spoon pushers. You know the ones.... "Just have a bite of this and that or You need to try this and eat some of that""  We are going to eat before we go, bring our BIG water bottles, Earl said he'll fix my plate if I want, last time I think there was hamburgers, hot dogs and chicken. Hopefully i can get a piece of plain chicken not fried or else a hamburger no bun.  Well I'll strart saying my prayers now that the food demons will be in hiding this weekend and that I'll be able to stick to my food plan and my new healthy way of eating.  Have a grat day, Hugs, paulette

have you ever paid attention to how ppl post???you started he thread and i replied to the main topic -ok fine--so iam second cuz you were first--np--so then everyone else comes along and replies directly under your post as i did here and they all show up before my post! i'll be curious to see if this does too??? just a lil quirk and a stupid thing but it's like ppl who hit reply under my reply and they mean to talk to someone elsemaybe the orioginal  poster - that goes into my email and i get notice of it but if it were meant for someone else it doesn't gett o them.... did any of that make sense??????
