Thank you for understanding. You are right, the first time is cute, then the novelty wears off and it is like a pesky gnat. She probably would object if you began to call her a funky nickname. Hugs are one thing but grabbing my butt and chest is liable to start me swinging very soon. I guess I am being overly sensitive lately and can't blame it on PMS anymore .

I SO HATE IT when people use nicknames thinking they are being cute and they are just being annoying.  I'd never use a nickname unless it was like a real close friend and we always called each other silly names.

Good Morning Pretty Lady!! I am sooooo glad it is hump day...one more day of work tomorrow  and then off for three!! Actually I just checked.....I only have 6 hours left to work in the next two days. I could do all six today and have tomorrow off too if I want......that is a great idea!! Woooohoooo a 4 day weekend!! I am feeling a bit better today.......still thinking alot about my friend Pearl but it is getting easier. I just have to keep busy. I have been missing pork so much. I finally tried a pork tenderloin. People keep telling me it won't bother my pouch. I cooked it long and slow and made a mushroom gravy for it. It was wonderful!! I didn't have any problems with it at all. It all but melted in my mouth. Yummy!! Good Morning Lovely Linda and my OFF friends. `````` Seems like yesterday was not a good food day for many of us. Instead of eating the wrong things I chose not to eat much. I was out of the house without my bag of "good for me" snacks and food. Plus, no flavored water. Yeap, I dehydrated and didn't feel well later... fatigue. `````` Today is a new beginning B: left over bbq meat & fruit L: more left over meat & veggies D:?? S: jello w/pears protein shake ..... Millie PS I'm starting my holiday weekend menu to keep on track... picnics are horrible for me.. best reason to overeat.

Good afternoon dear Linda. Today is not going to well for me with the food department.  I had a meeting this morning at church and it ended up lasting for almost 2 hours. I went without breakfast thinking that I would just come home and eat since I am never hungry in the morning first thing anyway. Well during the meeting I got so hungry.  B: a 100 calorie pack of Ritz snack mix (really wasn't to bad but not the best either) L: 1 and a half slices of meatloaf and some cantaloupe peices D: meatballs in sauce with cheese and veggies S: sf pudding or popcorn I hope that today is good for you. I have yet another meeting tonight at the church at 7. I know that I could get in the car and tell it go to the church and it would just automatically drive there on it's own. haha Hope today is good and I am sending love and hugs to you along with the special prayers for you.

Linda, I'm kind of frustrated right now.  At 12:00 pm, I ate a few bites of grilled chicken that was quite moist off the top of a salad at McDonald's and had to stop eating - it didn't get stuck, exactly, but it sure didn't feel good.  It is now almost 3:00 pm and I feel like that chicken is still sitting there in my pouch.  Yuck.  So who knows how food will go for the rest of the day?  Here is the plan, anyway: B:  1/2 packet weight control oatmeal w/ 1/3 c. skim milk, 1/4 banana, 1/2 tbl PB2 L:  3 bites chicken D:  2 oz chicken, 1/4 c. brocamole S:  1 Skinny Cow Dipper Jean
