Good morning, Miss Linda! I hope that today is going to be a fantastic day for you. After all it is Tuesday #1. And what can be better than a week with 2 Saturdays!?
Today is just a day at home and for that I am grateful. I just have to go to Walgreens and get my scripts. They are already called in so I just have to go through the drive thru. For that I am grateful too! If I go into Walgreens I just spend more money and there isn't any in the budget for that.
Food for today is as follows.
B: protein bar
L: Lean Cuisine dinner~chicken I think
D: fish and veggies
S: sf pudding

Here's what I've had today
B:Protein shake.
S:Half a protein bar.
L:Greek yogurt with a granola sprinkle.
D: 2 oz. deli roast beef, a little cole slaw, couple of olives.
No evening snack, no, no, no!
