Good morning, Linda.
I think I mentioned that yesterday was a bad day for eating for me because of stress. Well, today my band is still really tight even though the stress is gone, so maybe something else is going on. I love my band, but it is so fickle!

It is hard to get used to Tom's 4 day work week. This throws off my daily routine having him here on Mondays. Probably good practice if he really decides to retire in January. He's happy with the change, I am trying to adjust.
B - cottage cheese, fruit, Kashi
L - green salad with deli roast beef
D - chicken and broccoli
S - apple & peanut butter
It is still a struggle to slow down while eating. It's as if I want to toss down the food and be done with my meal. Effort and total concentration is required or I am playing a game of Russian Roulette with this pouch. Shame on me.
