AMAZING

I went to Caesar's at Windsor for the week-end and checked the forum - so many messages! Glad to be  a part of a chatty forum.  SOme lady at the casino asked me if I was my friend's mother!  Linda is OLDER than me by 2 years!  This happened a couple weeks ago with another friend who is 2 years older. I'm going to need to blog about this. Hope everyone had a good week-end!

I got another one for you~Bill is 2 years younger than I am and someone asked him if I was his mother. He said no she is my wife. I felt like saying HELLO! Do I look that old? OMG!!!! Then one night I was out with Bill's cousin who is about 5 years older than I am and someone asked if I was her mother. Come on and give me a break will ya?

Carol, That must have hurt! Similar to being asked when the baby is due and you are not pregnant. An aquaintance asked me if I had a fatal disease. Made me feel terrible. I think you look beautiful and have had great success since WLS. People often speak without thinking - ignore the remarks. Hugs Annette

Some people just don't think!!  I used to have people ask me when my baby was due...UGH!!  Made me mad at first and then I looked at myself and realized why!! My girlfriend is almost ten years younger then me and people think she is older and once someone thought she was my mother. WOW...was she mad!!  Peolple always think I am my daughters sister. More so now then ever. Don't let  peoples  ignorance bother you. You look wonderful!! Have a great day.....connie d
