Hi New to this Forum

Hello Everyone, Just wanted to say hi and introduce myself to this forum. I just found it. I six weeks post op from RNY and will be 53 years old chonologically and 16 in my mind LOL!          I am from Maryland and am very active in the Maryland Message Boards however, I would like to branch out and make friends in other areas as well. I will drop by on a regular basis and post when I can.  I changed my avatar because the one I loaded is awful. I am in the process of gathering up some pictures and will post them as soon as I find out how.  Hope everyone is having a great weekend!

Welcome!  I was new a month ago and I really spend a lot of time on the site.  It is great to be able to talk with people who understand where you are coming from.  Have to walk the dogs so will catch you another time!

Terri, welcome to the wonderful world of OFF. I go to the Indiana board and chat some but my favorite place to be is here. I feel so close to everyone here on this board. We are more like family than anything else.  There is a lot of very knowledgeable people on here and they are more than able to help you with anything that comes up. I know they are very helpful to me when I have questions. We have a lot of fun too and laugh, cry and cherish the moments that we have with each other.  Please feel free to post often so we can get to know you and you us. You might think at times that we are nuts and I guess we are but isn't that the best way to be? Life is fun and we found that out when we had our surgery and got a new life~one that we just love!!!
