i got the job!!!!!!!!!

woohoooo!!!!!!!!!!!!! i got the job at freshley's!!! its the pizza/sub place and i start tonight for a couple hours!!!! i am promised 40 plus hours and will be working to manager!!! i am really excited about this job!!! i will still be working with the public and being busy to boot!!! there is a GOD after all!!!! i know some of you are concerned about me having to deliver but they really don't have that many deliveries so its ok...plus he doesn't go to the bad areas so i will be ok if i have to go on delivery!!!! i will be careful i promise!!!!

yeahi am happy i have a job...not sure its right for me yet but i am still hoping someplace will call me that has benefits!!!my new boss said he would try to get me some but couldn't promise me any just yet....sooooooo thats about it.

thankyou kathi....i amnot sure this is right for me at all but i will give it my best.....atleast my bills will get paid now....lol i am still waiting for another place to call me and see if they can offer me more....like benefits!! so far none here at this job...but the people are nice and that helps!!!

Congratulations!! I don't really know you yet, but I hope this means that you are working in the Wicklife area, which isn't a bad neighborhood at all.  Hope you can dodge the thunderstorms and find much success in teh months to come with that management opportunity.  If not, come on down towards Akron, Twinsburgh there are plenty of places to work in this area!  yes i am in the wickliffe/willoughby area and love it here!!! so nice and peaceful compared to my old hood!!!! no guns going off here!!! so nice!!! can even go for walks and not be afraid of getting shot!!!! i was in akron wednesday afternoon and left just as that storm was starting...seems i am the storm queen now...lol everywhere i go it seems to storm...lol today we are in the red for storms yet again!!!!

thanks so much!! i am not sure if this is what i want to do yet or not...will know more after today if it is....it sure gets hot and steamy there when it gets busy!!! i am not one that likes to be all "steamed" out if you know what i mean...i like my hair to be puffed on top not flat...lol

Judy, that is GREAT news! I knew that you would get something soon. I just felt it in my old bones! And trust me with all this wet weather my old bones are feeling a lot and most of it is arthritis! lol Just be careful and I am glad that they have GPS in the delivery vehicle. That is going to help. Make sure you keep your doors locked since you are so unfamiliar with the area. I am so glad that things are finally working out for you. It is about time, dear Judy.
