Sorry your week was so tough. At least it's almost over and you never have to live that week again.
B: 1 packet weight control oatmeal made w/ 2/3 cup skim milk & 1/2 c. fresh cherries (yum)
S: 1/2 c. white chocolate raspberry cottage cheese pudding
L: 3 oz Shelly's Pizza Bites, 1/4 c. white bean salad
S: 1/2 c. LF cottage cheese w/ berries & mango
D: 2 oz deviled crappy (fish), 1/4 c. cauliflower w/ tahini sauce
S: 1 Skinny Cow Dipper
I'm struggling with compulsion too. Last night I ate 2 (instead of 1) Skinny Cow Dippers just because they tasted so good. I'm not sure it's a good idea to have something that tasty in the house at all even if they are "healthy".

Hello, dear Linda. I hope that today goes better for you than the other 4 days have. Just think~in a short amount of time this work week is going to be but a distant memory to you. That is something to look forward to.
I worked at the church office this morning. It was suppose to a quiet and uneventful day but it seems like I had a office full of people this morning. Not able to get much done when something like that happens. Everyone just thinks that you are there to visit with them. Thank God that Jeri got all of the work work done for the week yesterday. That way I had time to visit with everyone. If they weren't in the office talking they were on the phone calling me.
I have some errands to do this afternoon. I am going to be leaving shortly. I was going to do them yesterday but didn't get around to doing them so I have to do them this morning. I have to go to the bank and while I am out I am going to go pay the cable bill. Then I thought that I would go to Barnes and Nobels book store to look around. I enjoy doing that. That is time spent just for me.
Here goes the food for the day.
B: protein bar~I finally found one that tastes not so bad. Pure Protein smores deluxe bar. I bought one and tried it this morning. It was alright. Beats some of the crapolla that I have had in the past!
L: a bit of suasage and cheese
D: beef and veggies
S: sf pudding

Good Morning everybody, It is still morning for a few more minutes anyway. TGIF!!! It's been a week and that's all I'm gonna say. Cuppa with a scoop of protein. B-1/4 cup kashi and 2 tbls fage yogurt and 5 prunes for the problems. L-deli ham and string cheese. S- SB protein bar. D- I'm hoping my dd will go to sushi with me I LOVE me some sushi, and it good protein too. WAAAAASAAAABIII!!!
